I was invited to present at the Exchanging Knowledge and Ideas for Open and Transparent Governance in Montenegro event, organized by the National Democratic Institute and the Ministry of Public Administration of Montenegro. The topic of the conversation was “Open Government Approaches to the Environment and Climate,” and I convened with other speakers to discuss how government data can effectively address the needs and current work of different stakeholders as Montenegro prepares to create a new National Action Plan. Jean-Noé Landry, an open data expert, moderated the conversation.
During the panel, I spoke about the experience of Open Climate, as the needs and approaches shared by our community connect with the need to connect with governmental initiatives. You can read my brief document here.
